Spiritual
Therapy

My approach arises from the fact that as humans we are comprised of both body and soul. As such both must be treated as they need to be understood as integral to each other.

Many psychological problems arise when we search for what we cannot obtain thinking that this will make us happy. In our search for means rather than the end we are unhappy.

I encourage my clients to consider the roots and origins of their frenetic behaviours and to encourage them to develop more discipline within their spiritual life. It is a journey of discovery for most of my clients who never appreciated that to be healthy one must consider spiritual elements and virtues like fortitude, temperance, charity and perserverance. Once the clients understand how to implement these classical virtues into their own lives, they are far more at peace.
