Welcome to my page. My name is Karine Langley and I have been a psychotherapist for 30 years. I am a registered psychotherapist with the province of Ontario. My experiences involved my work in the prison system, offering therapeutic sentencing for individuals facing problems with the law, working within the Canadian Navy and most recently as an employee assistance therapist.

Due to my varied background and experience I can easily create a program of therapy that works for you and uses your strengths to restore you to fullness.

​

I offer addictions therapy, family counselling, marriage counselling, individual therapy and have done extensive work with adolescents and youths. Please take a moment to fill out a little survey included on this page that will let me know how best I can help you.

It will be my honour and joy to work with you. All my services can be offered either in person or remotely via skype or zoom.

Bienvenue sur ma page. Je m'appelle Karine Langley et je suis psychothérapeute depuis 30 ans. Je suis psychothérapeute agréée auprès de la province de l'Ontario. Mon expérience dans le système pénitentiaire consistait à proposer des peines thérapeutiques à des personnes aux prises avec des problèmes de droit, à travailler au sein de la Marine canadienne et, plus récemment, en tant que thérapeute en assistance aux employés.

Grâce à ma formation et à mon expérience variées, je peux facilement créer un programme de thérapie qui fonctionne pour vous et utilise vos forces pour vous restaurer.

Je propose des thérapies en toxicomanie, des consultations familiales, des consultations matrimoniales, des thérapies individuelles et j'ai beaucoup travaillé avec des adolescents et des jeunes.
